These Terms of Service apply to the DevSupply Works website, available at https://devsupplyworks.com/, and to general enquiries submitted through the website. Project-specific work may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or NDA.

DevSupply Works provides B2B web development, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, technical support, white-label development, and related technical delivery services for agencies and businesses.

Service enquiries

Submitting a form, email, or project brief does not create a client relationship or require DevSupply Works to accept the work. We may review the enquiry, ask follow-up questions, decline unsuitable work, or propose a separate scope before any service begins.

Project scope and approvals

Development work should be defined through an agreed scope, proposal, task list, or written confirmation. The scope should identify the expected deliverables, assumptions, access requirements, timelines, review process, and responsibilities.

Unless agreed otherwise, work outside the approved scope may require a separate estimate, change request, or additional approval.

Client responsibilities

To help us deliver work safely and efficiently, you may need to provide accurate information, required access, design files, content, technical details, feedback, approvals, and timely communication.

• Confirm ownership or permission to use supplied assets, content, and systems
• Review work and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Maintain backups or approve backup arrangements when needed
• Protect login credentials and access information

White-label and agency work

For agency or white-label engagements, DevSupply Works can work behind the scenes subject to agreed communication boundaries. Your clients remain yours. We do not solicit agency clients through work you bring to us. NDA terms may be agreed separately where required.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, deposits, milestones, retainers, or support arrangements should be confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice or proposal.

Late payment may delay work, handover, support, or future scheduling.

Third-party platforms and tools

Many projects involve third-party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Elementor, plugins, apps, hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, email tools, or security services. DevSupply Works is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, bugs, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

Testing, backups, and risk

Development and technical support work can involve risk, especially on existing websites, ecommerce stores, plugin-heavy WordPress builds, custom themes, or inherited systems. Where appropriate, work should be tested on staging, supported by backups, or handled through a controlled release process.

You acknowledge that some issues may require investigation before the exact cause, effort, or fix can be confirmed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of content, brand assets, design files, and materials you provide. After full payment, project deliverables created specifically for you are generally assigned or licensed to you according to the agreed scope.

DevSupply Works may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code patterns, internal processes, know-how, templates, and general development methods that were not created exclusively for your project.

Confidentiality

We aim to handle project information responsibly and confidentially. If a project requires specific confidentiality obligations, NDA terms, security controls, or access rules, those should be agreed in writing before sensitive information is shared.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversion improvements, uninterrupted operation, or specific business results unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Technical work can improve implementation, stability, performance, workflows, or maintainability, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSupply Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Any liability for project work may be further limited by the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Termination

Either party may stop discussions before a project is accepted. For active projects, cancellation, suspension, refund, handover, and termination terms should follow the agreed proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
